We went to
Vardy Church Museum and
Mahalia Collins Mullins's cabin yesterday.
I absolutely LOVED the arched windows on the house...unusual detail in a house from this era, around here, at least...maybe they're common other places, though...
We found SO many of these quilts...unfortunately, my camera batteries died and I didn't get nearly as many pictures as I wanted.
Also this old church....lovely!
and purple and pink columbines...
another old church...this time better taken care of.
DH said, "Make sure you get the tractors in the picture!" ; )
